Introducing Scott Raymond Moore

Here is a plethora of pictures of our cute little guy. We brought him home yesterday and are loving every minute. We'll put "the story" up later.

Parenthood practice

Today for lunch we had some broccoli, tomato soup, and cheese crisps (for non-Mesa-people, a cheese quesadilla). As I was getting the broccoli ready I though about how when I was little we would pretend they were little trees, so I said to Stan 'Today we're having hot lava, trees, and...' But I couldn't think what the cheese crisps should be. Stan laughed and said it should be the tectonic plates or something. 

Then when we sat down to lunch, he acted it out:

Pretty sure two things: 

1) our kids are going to be a lot smarter because he is their dad, I would never think to say tectonic plates. 

2) I'm glad the earth's plates aren't made of cheese crisps, otherwise we'd all quickly be sunk in the lava which is what happened right after I took a picture.
