Around November 2017

We started to get the hang of this life with three boys during James' second month and by November we were in full swing of living again.

These two adore each other. James' is always watching for Scott and smiling or laughing at him and Scott LOVES to hold and be by James.
My meat man checking meat prices. He cares more about the ads coming than I do.
Scott's cousin Thayne (3rd cousin technically on my side) came to play and they had fun with dress up and tomatoes still in our garden, such a warm fall!

This boy can sleep in the funniest of positions. He will go from playing one second to conked out the next.
Sweet James all ready for Sunday
We had tithing settlement and went for a walk in the park across the street from the church right before.
There was the most beautiful sunset, one of those evenings where all feels right and good.
Dad's shoes on both hands and feet

Smothering him All. The. Time.
Scott like to wear his hair crazy!
When all three boys are napping and I hear one stirring, I like when it is James' he is so fun to just talk to at this age!
Scott and Stan play a game where their heads get stuck together. Stan says "Oh no! Our heads are stuck together! What should we do?" Scott: "I'm going to run!" Stan: "I don't think it will work." Scott: "Just let me try." And then he runs away and yells "It worked!" So funny.
My happy baby
Sterling was ready to help me make a pie...or cookies...or both.
Leaves!
So much fun!
They undid my pile by throwing it up in the air

Action shot into the leaves
They love jumping into the trash and smashing the leaves for me

Just have a little sweet heart to heart. James was vocalizing something, we're just not sure what. He was pretty serious about it
Scott loves to eat funny holes in his cheese crisp (quesadilla) and then asks me to take a picture
Sterling just loves his brother
Scott thought he was clever putting on my glasses.
These boys are just fun, we are pretty blessed and have so much fun together.

Thanksgiving in Mesa 2017

We went to Mesa for Thanksgiving. It's always good to be with family. I love watching my kids interact with my family and them loving each other.

It is pretty sad that I don't have a picture of the actually eating part of Thanksgiving, but we did it, and it was yummy.

We took a little trip down to Tucson on Friday to go to the zoo and Mount Lemon. It was such a fun day!

Checking out the mountains on the maps.
Not too sure about having to be in the car again, but he liked sitting next to us.
Everyone behind us
Mom and Dad in front of us

Heading into the zoo with Uncle Daniel

Back row buddies on the way up the mountain
We found a spot where we went to tie a swing on the tree.

Diaper change while everyone else set up the swing. So happy to not be driving again
Stan was the brave first trier of the the tree swing. It was a little precarious but so fun!

Entertaining James
And they were doing a good job of entertaining him: Laughing at Aunt Em
Cute Dad pushing our cute Mom
It was a pretty steep "hill" we were on with a lot of pine needles. The boys had a hard time climbing up it. Here is Sterling doing his best but he kept sliding down in the needles.
A monstrous selfie!
Sterling LOVED sitting next to Uncle Wilford. He was so silly.
And here's us on our row. James' carseat is between us
We stopped by the Tucson temple really quick.
Reading with Grandpa is always a favorite
James laughing at Jenni
And then hanging out with Uncle Wilford watching sports
Pre-church nap in his Sunday best
Laughing at Grandma before church
We headed home right after church. Another wonderful Thanksgiving! We have so much to be grateful for and are so grateful to God for all that we have.
